THE THREE PART (3) OF HUNGER FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
(A) Hunger For Righteousness.
Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are men and women with a burning desire and thirst for righteousness in their own lives and the lives of other people. But it is so unfortunate that many people today are no longer hungry for righteousness anymore but rather for money, power and prestige.
People give more attention to sermons with captions like keys on how to make wealth and how to secure business prosperity no longer even minding how it comes. 1Timothy 6:11, 2Timothy 2:22, 1John 3:7
(B) They Shall be Filled. Matthew 5:6
- God will fill their lives with righteousness. Revelation 19:8
- God will fill their lives with the power to live righteous. John 1:12.
- They will be fulfilled in life. Matthew 5:6
(C) Blessed are they
Why are they blessed?
- They have peace and not guilt. Romans 2:14-15
- The things other people are killing themselves for will be added to them. Matthew 6:33
- They shall enter into the everlasting kingdom. Matthew 13:41-43, Matthew 25:31-34.
