TOPIC: NO EXCUSE
1. God does not accept excuses.
Genesis 2:16-17," 3:9-19, 1 Samuel 13:6-14, 1 Samuel 15:1-3, " 15:7-11, 15:24-28, 1
Kings 20:39-43, Matthew 25:14-30, Luke 14:16-24.
God does not accepts excuses from people no matter what, there is no provision for excuse making in God. it was so a wonderful excuse that Eve lured Adam into eating the forbidden fruit but God never accepted that from Adam. He is a merciful God but still applies
a strict judgement over compromise and irresponsibility.
2. Excuse makers will end up as failures and miserably poor.
Proverbs 26:13-15, " 24:30-31. When people live a life that is filled with a lot of excuses, the end up so miserable and poor. Excuses are an encouragement to be lazy and make people escape responsibility. People who are lazy and irresponsible always have a way of explaining why it could not happen they don't strive to achieve greatness and this causes them to end up miserably and poor even when God has destined them for greatness.
No man will ever amount to anything great with a life that is filled with excuses.
3. Excuse makers will not make heaven. Matthew 25:24-30
Therefore, ensure you make no excuse in this areas;
i. In living right and doing the right thing always.
ii. In taking care of your family
iii. In reading your bible and praying everyday.
iv. In coming to church regularly. Hebrews 10:25.
Pray,work and make deliberate plans on how to achieve greatness in life and stop making excuses!
